OPERATION

• Material Feeding:
  • Raw materials are introduced into the hopper and guided into the rotor-stator assembly.
• Particle Size Reduction:
  • The high-speed rotor rotates within the stator, creating intense shear forces.
  • The material is subjected to shearing, grinding, and mixing, resulting in a fine and homogenous emulsion or suspension.
• Gap Adjustment:
  • The rotor-stator clearance can be adjusted during operation to achieve the desired particle size.
• Temperature Management:
  • For heat-sensitive products, the cooling jacket maintains the required temperature through circulating coolant or water.
• Discharge:
