        OPERATION

        • Size Reduction Process: The high-speed rotor spins within the stationary stator, creating intense shear forces. The material undergoes shearing, grinding, and mixing, resulting in fine particle size and uniform dispersion/emulsion.
        • Gap Adjustment: The rotor-stator gap is adjustable during operation, allowing precise control over particle size.
        • Discharge: The processed material is discharged continuously from the outlet for collection.
