Process Operation of Manual Capsule Filling Machine
|
We are leading manufacturer of manual capsule filling machines in India, provides the following step-by-step guide for operating the capsule filling machine: |
1 |
Loading the Capsules |
Place the empty capsules onto the loading tray and position the tray on the machine. Ensure the front knob is turned to the right. |
2 |
Removing the Caps |
Pull the locking lever forward and push down the long handle. This will lift the caps off the capsule bodies. Set aside the tray containing the caps. |
3 |
Preparing the Capsule Bodies |
Push the locking lever back, causing the capsule bodies to drop down and level with the filling surface. |
4 |
Setting Up the Powder Tray |
Place the powder tray onto the filler to prevent powder spillage. |
5 |
Filling the Capsules |
Pour and spread the pre-measured powder over the tray. Move any excess powder onto the powder tray’s shelf. |
6 |
Compressing the Powder |
Lower the tamper and lock it in place. Turn the handle to compress the powder, allowing more powder to fill each capsule. |
7 |
Ensuring Uniform Fill |
Raise the tamper and spread any extra powder from the shelf into the capsules to ensure uniform fill weights. |
8 |
Reattaching the Caps |
Return the tray containing the caps to the filler. Turn the front knob to the left, lower the locking plate, and engage the lock for the locking plate. |
9 |
Locking the Capsules |
Hold the tamper handle and push down on the long handle. This will push the capsule bodies into the caps, locking them in place. |
10 |
Removing the Completed Capsules |
Disengage the lock for the locking plate. Lift the locking plate and turn the front knob to the right. Push down on the long handle to remove the tray of completed capsules. |
11 |
Final Step |
The capsules are now filled and locked. Turn the tray, and all the capsules will fall out of the tray, ready for use. |
This simple, manual operation ensures precise filling and sealing of capsules, ideal for small-scale and laboratory applications. |
